At 56 years old and after 11 years with my silicone implants I was at a time in my life where I wanted to go smaller. I discussed with my doctor and we reviewed my options, including removing the implants, but I wasn't ready for that yet. I just wanted "less". The procedure couldn't have been easier and my recovery was great. I had almost no discomfort, let alone any pain following surgery. The size is proportionate and just what I was looking for.
