Petite Mommy of 1, Finally Getting Some Boobs! - Sacramento, CA

Hey! So it's been a while since I posted, and I had honestly thought no one was reading this so I kinda stopped for a while. But it's been about 3 months since I had my surgery and I can finally say that my boobs really feel like apart of me now. Some people get that feeling quite fast after surgery I've noticed, but I just think it took me a while to get used to them since i literally went from nothing, to BAM!! lol. The only concern I have is the numbness under my breast. Doesn't bother me (obviously because I can't feel it) it's just annoying lol I would do this over again a million times if I had to. This has had such a positive effect on my life personally. I feel so much more confident and like a woman. No more feeling like a pre pubescent teenage girl searching for the right training bra. It was so cool to actually talk to one of my co workers about the new bras at Victoria's Secret and not feel ashamed or embarrassed that I had never been there, or had a need/desire to (at the time)
It's also a really good feeling knowing that I wanted something so bad for myself, that I saved up the money and did it on my own. That on its own gives me more confidence and pride lol

Yesterday me and my boyfriend went to Victoria's Secret to pick out a bra for me since I have been wearing sports bras all day, everyday. It wasn't as good of an experience as I would have liked... I felt like I was unwillingly thrown into an assembly line. I didn't even get to look around, and was being rushed. The sample bra they let me try on fit great (I think) so the girl gave me a card with my size (32 DD) and the bra style that I said fit good. Then some other lady came and got me and was like piling bras and underwear on me, and I couldn't understand what the hell she was saying AT ALL!!!!! then I got pressured into signing up for their credit card and just charging it on there. So it wasn't that cool and fun like I thought it would be. Next time someone there asks if I need help, I'm going to say '[RS bleep] no leave me alone' and when I got home, the new bras don't even fit that well! They are so tight and my boobs are falling out and the waist band is constricting. How? I tried on the same one in the fitting room!?! Ugh idk. Just kind of disappointed. I feel like I should be 1 more size up in the "Victoria's Secret measurement" the bras are cute though ;]

It's been almost 5 and a half weeks since surgery, and things are going great! I love going clothes shopping now, where as before I didn't, because it was hard finding this that fit, especially strapless shirts/dresses. Or even low cut ones. I feel so much more confident. Seriously if any one is reading this and deciding if they should get surgery, I highly recommend it! It's something so personal that can make you feel so good about yourself, and I had such a positive experience! If there's any advice I could give, it would be to choose the bigger size if you're stuck between the 2. Because then at the end of the day you don't have the "what ifs" and you'll just be happy that you have boobs in the first place! Lol
