I expressed concerns in a follow up email and Jessica couldn’t even pass me through to the dr she just said I’m sorry your so upset he did everything he said he would do .
Well sorry no he didn’t the drain proves he didn’t create a new pocket and I can’t pinch one bit of fat the area on the edge is completely hollow so don’t think you can lie to me !!

He took my money and didn’t fix a thing !
Gongora already has some pretty bad reviews on Realself and here I’m adding another one ! Do not go to this surgeon !!
I felt uneasy about this whole revision from when I arrived !! As you only get to speak to Jessica via email not the doctor directly I only saw the dr just before surgery and told him my concerns about seeing and feeling the implant I now stress that maybe I wasn’t clear enough with what I expected or wanted I don’t know but I shouldn’t make excuses for him . After we spoke about the implant issues I mentioned the Lipo and fat grafting to which he looked back at me and said oh what Lipo you don’t need it ? Mind you I spent the last two months putting on weight for this !! I said part of my package that I paid for and agreed with Jessica was for Lipo and fat grafting .. he was like oh ok we can do a bit . From that moment I felt like he did not want to give me what I paid for and was trying to get out of doing Lipo and fat grafting . Why would this be ? What because I’m not paying full price because I am a returning patient you want to take short cuts ?
Anyway I came out of surgery feeling really good however I was immediately concerned to see I only had one drain , which means yep he didn’t create a new pocket . He cut open to put the implant back in the same pocket that’s been giving me trouble !!! When he told me he would create a new pocket . I knew it he created a new pocket I would have a drain In the old pocket and drain in the new pocket .
I was taped up so couldn’t see it so as nervous as I was I just waited it out and hoped for the best.
I know for a fact at this stage he didn’t do fat grafting because he barely did any Lipo I didn’t have one bruise and I wasn’t sore anywhere ... and yep I lOok exactly the same ..
I eventually took the surgical tape off my implannt to see of course it looks identical to how it did pre op you can see and feel the bottom edge . Of course it does since you put it back in the same bloody pocket and didn’t do any fat grafting !!
I’ve been beyond upset and feel this dr took my money not only once but twice and the second time compeltely mislead me and did not even try to fix my issues or concerns I spent 10K on this revision with travel costs ontop of the loan I’m still paying off from original surgery
