This is the third time I'm writing a review, the other two disappeared, ugh!!! Anyway, I'm excited! Hoping for a 32D result. Here are some pre-op pics. Also hoping this investment will still look great after future pregnancies and breastfeeding. I know a few ladies who looked great before and after babies...my fingers are crossed!

I have been all over the map with my wish boobs! After spending HOURS looking through realself and some other sites, I definitely got a little desensitized and greedy! I was a generously natural look and my chest is very boney, so I'm not sure I could pull off much more than 400-450cc. I am stuck deciding between 375cc or 400cc mod+. There is no difference in projection, but a 3mm difference in implant width...hmm...Thoughts?

I'd talk to your surgeon in-depth about your goals and your concerns and see what he says about size. What looks great in a wish pic on another woman's body might not look right at all on someone else. My PS had definite opinions about my choices. He still left them up to me, but offered his own advice based on years of experience and I'm glad I listened to him.

Hi Aiel -- Thanks! His recommendation is 375cc though he said 400cc could look natural as well. With all the women on here talking about boob greed, I'd hate to be disappointed by the size. Which sizes were you deciding between and what did you go with?

Ive also read heaps of reviews all of sorts of women who wish they went bigger. If you do choose the 400cc, Im pretty sure once the swelling goes down they wont feel that large. I havent got mine done yet but Im looking to get 430 and 470 done and I know to me seems quite large my surgeon explained they wont be as large pnce theyre are in and Im having mine placed under muscle so that will decrease the cc's as well apparently.
My opinion if you are going to do the surgery and pay alot to have something done, why not go all out. As long as you follow your own gut instict in which you feel comfortable and confident with.
