Not a whole lot of changes this week. Lefty is looking very good. I started to get concerned about lefty going too low, so I wear a sports bra with a tight band most of the time to maintain good lower support. Righty is higher, tighter and more V shaped. I'll be happy when they D&F and the bottoms round out more. I had some asymmetry before and I hope they end up rounded out on the bottom and nicely symmetrical.
I noticed a dent on the lower inner pole of lefty. I've read that as the skin stretches, and with massages, dents and flat spots generally work themselves out. The hardest part is patience! Now that the bruising is almost gone, it's interesting to see them as my new boobs! They don't feel like sand bags tightly stuck to my chest anymore, thank goodness!!
Last post I forgot to mention the hypersensitivity. Oh my gosh, it's crazy!! My nipples and breasts were so sensitive, wow!! I'd say that peaked between days 14-18. My nipples are still sensitive, but I don't have to put a gauze barrier between my breasts and bra anymore. Miss Maisey's silicone nipple covers really came in handy during that time!
My scars are looking good! Only a very thin line. They are itchy. Please ignore the honeycomb imprint from the bandaid in the pic! I am applying Neosporin to keep the incisions moist and keeping them covered with bandaids.
I feel like they still have a ways of healing to go, but I'm generally pleased! I read an answer from Dr Pousti (He seems famous on this site!) and he said patients that are pleased at 3 weeks are VERY pleased with the final result. I hope so!!!
I know I'm still a bit swollen but I'm not yet used to the size. I think I may have gone a little too big and might end up a 34D, which seems very large to me. I waiver between, "Oh my God, I went too big" to "I can't wait until they look great!" Who knew cosmetic surgery was such an emotional roller coaster?? Has anyone else felt like their breasts were U or V shaped after surgery, then they rounded out??

Not so cropped
More perspective. All 16DPO. I think they'll look great once they finish dropping! The lighting washed out some of the contours so they don't look so big but, trust me, they're big!! No boob greed here at the moment...

Wow that is some bruising! I read another review where her doctor recommended the socks-in-the-band technique to help even up the settling process. I'm doing that too when I sleep. :) And I know what you mean when you say they feel bigger than they look in photos.

Good job lefty! Lefty is already achieving a very nice shape and lower pole fullness. Boo, righty, seriously boo. I see progress, but still high and tight! I am right handed and have been reading how much that can slow things down. One poster's PS told her the dominant side's pec can be 4x more developed than the other side! I've also seen a number of posts noting that each side is really like a separate surgery. I'm not worried, it's early!
