WORTH IT$5,500
This was my first visit back. Got my stitches out and everything is looking great. Time to start treating those scars with meds. Dr. did tell me to go ahead and start wearing a bra. Apparently silicone is heavier. Don't want to go bra less too much or I'll have to lift them in a few years.... anyhoo....
Still in love with them. Great Doc. Great Staff. Great Decision!

I am loving these babies. Stay diligent with your cocoa butter and take it easy, that's my advice! No heavy lifting! I am driving the kiddos to school and have discontinued all pain meds and could not be happier! Maybe I could have gone a little bigger but your skin will only stretch so much, plus they still have not dropped yet.. Almost a week out and I still give Dr. Branman and his staff a A+++++++! I have never felt sexier. :) The boyfriend can't wait to get his hands on them either! ;)

One afternoon after putting my children to bed I began to undress for my nightly shower. After removing my bra I quickly realized that my right saline implant had ruptured. Over the course of the next week I consulted with no less than 6 plastic surgeons. Each quoted me a different price and all had their different opinions as to what I should do to fix my problem. Dr. Branman blew me away. His office staff was so incredibly understanding and accommodating. His financial manager was amazing and the medical staff was amazing. All that aside, my breasts are PERFECT! They are exactly what I wanted. Exactly!!!! I will never see another plastic surgeon again. Dr. Branman and his staff took a horrifying and traumatizing experience and turned it into a wonderful one.

How did it rupture?! That's my biggest fear!

We believe it was due to the original implant being underfilled. I had a 350cc saline implant but the FORMER surgeon only filled it to about 325 cc. This caused friction and therefore it ruptured after 7 years of rubbing. That's our hypothesis at least.

I am 5'2 and 170 lbs. Pear shape. Most of my weight is in my hips and bootie!

Your boobs look awesome!! What implant do you have? I'm having a revision April 20th to go bigger and I was thinking mentor 650 UHPs. I've since read about Natrelle Insiras and am going to ask my dr about them. I've heard they are filled more. I want a bigger somewhat faker look and have 440 HPs textured round unders now. I got them 8 months ago tomorrow. I can't wait to see how yours settle. They look fabulous already!!

Thanks! I have 700cc UHP. Would have gone bigger if they could have fit bigger. I don't know anything about the Natrelle line but I LOVE these. I mean. LOVE. Best of luck to you doll. Keep me posted!

Mentor 700 UHP Silicone. I was very worried that they wouldn't be round enough. I like side boob. They are perfect for me and I'm med/large frame. I think you will be happy with UHP. They give that [RS bleep] look. :)
