I love Dr. Pearl's personality! I went in for concerns about my laugh lines. I was very nervous since it was my first time and he made me feel extra comfortable. He used one unit of juevederm ultra in my nasal folds and gave me some in my cheeks to make them a little fuller. I just wanted to take time to say, "Thank you, Dr. Pearl!" I highly recommend him!

Beautiful results, thank you for sharing! What was your procedure like? Did you have any pain?
Procedure: the specialist rude lidocaine (numbing cream) on the areas to be injected. I waited 10 minutes until the cream when in effect. Then the doctor came in and informed me that I would fill a little uncomfortable pinch with at the first injection site, but not to worry because Juevederm has a numbing agent infused in the syringe. It took less than 10 minutes with injecting.
Pain: Overall, the pricking of my skin was very tolerable. It was not excruciating. .I had minor bleeding that cleared in less that 2 minutes. My face was a little sore for up to 10 hours with no Tylenol.
As I mentioned, this procedure and after effects was very tolerable and I will definitely do it again.

You look great. I'm going in a couple of weeks. Can you tell me how painful from a scale from 1-10. So nervous. Thanks.
When I was injected it was on a scale of 2..it was not unbearable because of the numbing cream they placed on my face. The "after-pain" was on a scale of 4 without Tylenol. .my face felt bruised and a little tender. Overall, it was very tolerable

I used one syringe for both cheeks and smile lines. Be sure to post photos before and after..you will be fine
