I've Never Had Boobs...UNTIL NOW - Richardson, TX

My pre-op, surgery, and post-op have gone off without a hitch! I have had the wonderful support of Dr. Schwartz and his incredible staff! All of my one million questions have been answered with unmatched patience and kindness. Dr. Schwartz is friendly and truthful. He put me right at ease and has given me the breasts I have always dreamed of having!

My first meeting with Dr. Schwartz was December 9, 2013. I had spoken to Kara to set up my appointment and I was very excited to get into the office. My breasts naturally are about an A cup and I was looking for more. My breasts hadn't even grown during pregnancy and I was just TIRED of being flat chested. I have recently lost 50 pounds and decided it was time. I was excited and anxious as I stepped into the office. I had lots of questions but I was armed with a folder of breast images up show the doctor. I had photos of breasts I liked and breasts I didn't like and I had written notes to go with them. I LOVE THIS IDEA!!!! It really opened up the communication between us and put the 2 of us on EXACTLY the same page. Dr. Schwartz came into the room introduced himself and we began our dialogue. What I was looking for, what he was comfortable doing (I wanted pretty natural looking breasts and would give up some size for a pretty shape. Fortunately this is his specialty) and options for my implants. He took some measurements and explained to me what they were as he did it. Then he took a few photos so we could go over what the procedure would entail. I was curious about a breast lift to go with my augmentation and the moment I fell in love with Dr. Schwartz was when he told me that was unnecessary. I felt like I could trust him, that he was interested in what was best for me, not just the most expensive option. I decided very quickly that Dr. Schwartz was who I wanted to work with. We set up a date and I reserved the operating room for one month away. 10 days later I came back to the office for my pre-op visit and had a short appointment with Melinda (both of his girls are AMAZING by the way) to pick up my prescriptions for after surgery and to get detections to the hospital lab. The hospital very quickly pre-registered me and took a medical history. They have me clear directions on what to do the day of surgery when I arrived and sent me on my way. I called Dr.Schwartz office several times over the next week with small panic attacks (was I going big enough? Was I going too big) and every time they showed kindness and patience to me and walked me through all of my questions. The morning of my surgery I arrived 2 hours prior to show time and met the wonderful hospital staff. Everyone seemed so content and friendly and INFORMED!!! There was no "let me ask" or "I dont know" each person I met was on the same page as everyone else and that was REFRESHING! Dr Schwartz was right on time and we went over the photos once more before the anesthesiologist came in with the good stuff. Next thing I know I was waking up and looking down my hospital gown to sneak a peek! It was over! It was done!!! All the anticipation and anxiety was behind me! And I had BOOBS!!!! I spent that night in a hotel close by because I live out of town and was seen for my very first post-op visit at 9am the following morning. I'm now 1 month post-op and even after surgery Dr Schwartz has given me the same attention and care as before my operation. I could not have asked for a better team, a more trustworthy doctor or a more solid staff. This has been just wonderful.
