Day 20
I still have a runny nose, and then trying to be cautious with tissues. I usually roll them up and then stick them up one nostril at a time while I twirl slowly in order to clean out my nostrils. However, the last two days I’ve had a little bit of blood, and I think that is due to over cleaning, so I’m going to scale back on that. I’ve been putting SPF lightly on the incision site.
Day 18 Post op
I still have a black eye. Been using makeup to cover up.
Day 10
I am still just dog walking Trying to keep the heart rate down. Using a wide brimmed hat since you cannot wear sunglasses after rhinoplasty for at least 6 weeks
