Deeply Disappointed After Two Surgeries with Dr. Mehmet Emre Dinc

I had two rhinoplasty surgeries with Dr. Mehmet Emre Dinc, beginning with a primary male rhinoplasty in 2023. The photo posted here is taken approximately 1.4 years post-op. Sadly, the results have been profoundly disappointing and have left me with noticeable aesthetic and structural issues.
Following the first surgery, the left side of my nasal bridge appeared to collapse, revealing what seems to be a misaligned septum I wasn’t previously aware of. The right side remained elevated, and I could feel an irregularity under the skin that caused concern. The bridge seemed to have been overly reduced, resulting in a scooped and unnatural profile. Additionally, septal extension created a nose tip that felt overly narrow, sharp, and elongated. The final appearance was not aligned with the goals we discussed during consultation, and the overall outcome looked unbalanced and very different from what I had anticipated.
When I expressed my concerns, I was initially told to wait for swelling to subside. Unfortunately, as healing progressed, the issues became more pronounced. Dr. Mehmet Emre Dinc later acknowledged that complications had occurred and offered a revision. While I appreciated the opportunity, I still had to cover the full hospital costs, despite the revision being necessary due to the first procedure’s results.
Now, just months after the revision, I find myself more dissatisfied than before. I plan to share a follow-up once more time has passed, but I believe it's important to raise awareness now.
I, like many others, was influenced by the large number of positive reviews on RealSelf. I assumed they reflected consistent outcomes, but I’ve since realized that not all experiences are visible. Please approach any surgeon’s profile with a critical eye. A high rating doesn’t guarantee a good result, and unfortunately, my own experience has come with a significant emotional and financial burden.
