Did not know these results were possible

If the site would allow me to give Dr. Tripathi and his practice more stars than 5 then I would.
Full disclaimer.. this will a long post, if in a rush stick to bullet points and come back to read the details.
1. NOT YOUR ONE SHOE FIT ALL MEDSPA
If you are NOT looking for a personal and professional approach from an expert in his craft that will give a tailored plan to address your concerns with your end goal in mind but to be constantly in a dog and pony show of what’s the latest trend on social media, then this is not a place for you.
At Dr. Tripathi’s practice your only job is to talk freely about what bothers you and your desired end result,let him do his thing, let him take it from there and the results will more likely be better than you would have imagined to begin with.
He is not running a non profit organization and has bills to pay like all of us however as mentioned above we just have to be super transparent with him and we will get the plan that caters to us economically, physically and mentally.. as I said not one shoe fits all approach.
2.PERFECT MIX OF COURAGE AND INTEGRITY
With the knowledge he has learned and gained over years, technology at his disposal and pool of vulnerable patients, Dr. Tripathi has mastered the ethical responsibility and approach of telling patients NO when they don’t need a procedure.I went to him for three things, he told me no for two of them and only performed rhinoplasty, same for skincare routine.
Not a principal that I have found commonly in most skin care professionals and plastic surgeons.
3.ATTENTION TO DETAILS
I am yet to find his secret of remembering minute details about his patients, their procedures, follow ups.. you name it. I was amazed that he had remembered everything we have ever talked about in the consultations, pre-op appointments the morning of my surgery without any notes. I wasn’t t nervous at all for my surgery but I let it go even the last shred of it the moment he told me four things he had in mind based on what he was putting together over the weekend and that matched exactly what I wanted to tell him one more time before the surgery and guess what I didn’t as I didn’t had
to.
4. TREATMENT LIKE YOU ARE HIS FAMILY MEMBER
I am not speaking of CORPORATE-We are a family BS, not just Dr. Tripathi but the practice he has built is an epitome of a culture that exudes empathy, care, compassion and respect. I was provided Dr’s number on my file after my surgery which I did not feel the need to use first couple of days as his team was already on top of everything and I knew they were literally a call or a text away, so on third day I got a text from
Dr. Tripathi himself giving me his number and lord knows have I abused that, but when he says he is available and each out anytime he means every word. We underestimate the mental stress that uncertainty or lack of knowledge of what to do, knowing that you will be listened and answered by your doctor takes that stress out of equation and you can focus on recovery solely because he will take care of you.
5. RESULTS
I am an out of state patient and went to Dr. Tripathi for Rhinoplasty. I was a classic case of Bulbous nose tip and I am being liberal using the word “tip” as it never existed. Post surgery one week is too soon to tell but from the pictures I requested him to take post op… did not know those results were possible, he might be a magician with both science and art at his disposal .
I have also had some skin care procedures with Dr. Tripathi, the results were phenomenal, two more sessions to go so only uphill from here.
The man thrives and drives for results, he has put such a labor of love, art, his heart mind and soul into my procedures that at this point of time I am not concerned about me I am worried about letting him down.
We need more doctors, people and experts like him in our society.
