I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Gassner on January 26th of 2021. I have disliked my nose my entire life. It was big, long, and not feminine. The tip was especially over projected. I have been looking for a surgeon for the last 7 years but just could not find one I was totally comfortable with. After many hours of research, I finally decided on Dr. Gassner. Honestly, I am happy I was patient and waited for the right surgeon. The whole experience was extremely professional and comfortable. Dr. Gassner has a great staff that supports him. His secretary, Linette was ready to answer any call, email, or concern immediately. His anesthesiologist was also terrific. The day of my surgery I was naturally very nervous. She was so kind and reassuring and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. Anyways, back to my nose. My results are even better than what I had discussed with Dr. Gassner. I am so grateful and feel so fortunate that I was able to have him as my surgeon. He is the best of the best when it comes to noses, no doubt! He is also very calm, honest, and nice as a person. Highly recommend!
*I am only on day 10 post-op, I will update with pictures as I heal and swelling continues to go down. But so far I am thrilled with my results.

I am really happy with my results so far. The tip of my nose is still very swollen so I expect it to look even better in a few weeks once it goes down more. I am breathing much better at night now and most of my bruising is gone. Will update again at the one month or 6 week mark.

Congrats and thanks for sharing! Beautiful before and after. :-)) Was this an open or closed procedure? Was the post-op pain manageable?

Thank you! It was done endonasally. The pain wasnt too bad. They had me take Ibuprofen. By day 4 I stopped taking any pain meds.

The shape has changed a lot from week 3 to week 4. The tip is still swollen but is getting more refined by the day. I started exercising again but noticed that when I did a lot I felt congested at night time. Pretty sure it caused some swelling. So now I will listen to what my dr said and take it easy :) Very happy with my results at the 1 month mark.
