I had my endonasal rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Gassner in Regensburg. The preoperative consultation was thorough and informative. Dr. Gassner took over an hour to explain the procedure in detail and even provided me with simulations, which I was able to take home. His entire team was incredibly friendly and supportive. On the day of the surgery, they made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout the process. Dr. Gassner spoke with me again before the procedure to go over everything in detail. When I woke up, I was pain-free and able to breathe through my nose immediately. The recovery was quick, and after about ten days, I felt comfortable going out in public without drawing attention. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Dr. Gassner as an outstanding surgeon. His gentle, non-invasive endonasal techniques spared me from having any external scars, and my nose has a soft, natural feel.

Bevor the deep plane facelift incl. blepharoplasty on the upper eyelid was well advised and prepared by Dr. Gassner and his lovely and caring team. The operation itself went well and the whole aftercare was again very caring and helpful for me. The result ist great: very natural younger and fresh-looking with no noticeable marks or „beauty surgery look“. I can highly recommend Dr. Gassner!

Originally I went to Prof. Gassner because of a hump on the nose, later it turned out to be a benign tumor, later turned out to be a hemangioma. Since I had to do an operation anyway I decided to do an eyebrow lift and eyelid reduction. I am so glad i did it, the outcome is perfect, makes me look at least 5 years younger in the face (I am 56). It took two weeks, then you didn't see anything from the OP anymore. Because of his special technique no scars (even so I don't have a lot of hair).
And the nose was operated from the inside too, looks totally normal, he had to implant some cartilage from behand the ear.
Prof Gassner was very nice, could always phone him if I had a question.

I had a nose job performed by Prof. Dr. Gassner at the beginning of February. On the one hand, I had a very crooked nasal septum, which made it very difficult for me to breathe, and on the other hand, my nasal hump really bothered me. Now I can not only breathe extremely well, but I finally like my nose. I never wanted to be photographed from the side because my nose bothered me so much. The operation has given me a lot more self-confidence and I am more than happy with the result. Prof. Dr. Gassner was able to create a very natural nose for me. I felt that I was in very good hands with him. The outpatient operation went really well and I felt very well looked after at all times. Mr. Gassner's team is simply great. I was socially acceptable again after less than 2 weeks. I would have the operation performed at the practice again at any time! :-)

I have been suffering from granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) for many years. The cartilage in my nose was largely eaten up. I had a disfiguring saddle nose and a septal perforation. After long hesitation, I eventually had Dr. Holger Gassner in Regensburg, Germany, perform my saddle nose reconstruction. He is Mayo Clinic-trained and one of the world's leading endonasal rhinoplasty experts. He used an endonasal approach, harvested part of one of my ribs from my right lower chest with the endoscope, and repaired both my saddle and the septal perforation. Both my nasal airway and the shape of my nose turned out ideal. Moreover, the septal perforation is fully closed. 

This has been more than life-changing. I could not have dreamed of more. It was impressive how easily I recovered. With Dr. Gassner ?s soft endonasal technique, I had minimal swelling and was pretty inconspicuous after about one week when the cast came off. The cost of the surgery was € 9.900, which included general anesthesia and overnight admission. 

The Gassner team ensured that I was in no pain and even provided me with a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The Gassner's team, as well as Dr. Gassner himself, were very, very friendly and supportive throughout my treatment. He told me that it made him happy to help me. And he really meant it. He is one of the few doctors out there who are really trying to help. I was very, very fortunate to find him. My rheumatologist also said I most likely found the best and most knowledgeable surgeon in Germany for my problem because my issue was not a simple one by any means. This made me even more grateful. Only 10 days ago I have had a deep plane face- and necklift, upper bleph and endoscopic brow lift at Dr. Gassners in Regensburg. After a severe quick weight-loss at the age of 54, there was lots of excess skin around my face / neck; I was extremly unhappy with the look of it. My first contact with the finesse center was two months ago, after a thorough and honest consultation I have decided to undergo the operation. Beforehand all my questions and concerns have been answered quickly and professionally. My surgery was right before christmas, I have stayed one night at the clinic under constant monitoring. Even over the holidays I have stayed in contact with the doctor, he was always available for further questions. After 8 days I have gotten my threads removed and the ongoing healing process is very satisfying. At this point of time I can go out in public (with a little make-up). All my concerns before the surgery have been unfounded. Dr. Gassner is looking forward to the final results which will be apparent in the next few weeks. I'm so happy and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I traveled to Regensburg, Germany for my surgery with Dr. Holger Gassner, after doing some research and learning that he does the same deep plane facelift as the top surgeons in the US. He is fully US trained, US Board certified and did his training at the Mayo Clinic and UW. He lectures about his techniques a lot on panels together with the most reputable (and expensive) US surgeons.
My trip was really easy, direct into Munich airport. The transfer to Regensburg is 45 minutes, the city is just wonderful. It is like the Italian cities, beautiful right on the Danube river. There are 3 hotels right next door to the surgicenter.
The entire office staff was extremely friendly, professional, and so helpful throughout the entire process. The set-up is top notch, and there were quite a few other patients getting face lifts done, he seems to be doing a lot of these procedures. The staff speak English fluently.
An added benefit is that prices in Europe are much lower than those in the US and makes it worth the travel costs incurred in getting there :) The cost of the face- and neck lift was 15,000 Euros, the other procedures were on top, but also reasonable. For the same quality, I believe I would have paid more than 75.000 in the US.
I hope this helps anyone considering getting this procedure and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Dr. Gassner does all the procedures himself, and he also did my entire aftercare personally. I started the process with a video consultation from the US, which was really valuable as well.
