Could not be better. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gassner. He did this during a course with transmission to the audience. Dr. Gassner corrected my wide tip and my hump on the dorsum. I am in the medical field myself and I watched my own surgery on video. The quality of his work is astonishing. He did the surgery endonasally and with impeccable precision. The result is very natural and very beautiful. I could not be happier. The swelling was largely gone after 10 days, now I see no more swelling. Dr. Gassner believes the nose will continue to become thinner over the next year. My breathing is perfect. Overall, I am excited and can only recommend to get your nose surgery done by Dr. Gassner.

Everything was just perfect. My face was aged and I felt aged, too. Dr. Gassner turned back time for me, I feel at least 15 years younger. He did a deep plane face lift and endo forehead lift for me. The procedure went perfect, I was back in my old life 3 weeks after the face lift.

I had my endonasal rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Gassner in Regensburg. The preoperative consultation was thorough and informative. Bevor the deep plane facelift incl. blepharoplasty on the upper eyelid was well advised and prepared by Dr. Gassner and his lovely and caring team. The operation itself went well and the whole aftercare was again very caring and helpful for me. Originally I went to Prof. Gassner because of a hump on the nose, later it turned out to be a benign tumor, later turned out to be a hemangioma. Since I had to do an operation anyway I decided to do an eyebrow lift and eyelid reduction. I am so glad i did it, the outcome is perfect, makes me look at least 5 years younger in the face (I am 56). It took two weeks, then you didn't see anything from the OP anymore. Because of his special technique no scars (even so I don't have a lot of hair). And the nose was operated from the inside too, looks totally normal, he had to implant some cartilage from behand the ear. Prof Gassner was very nice, could always phone him if I had a question.

I have been suffering from granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) for many years. The cartilage in my nose was largely eaten up. I had a disfiguring saddle nose and a septal perforation. After long hesitation, I eventually had Dr. Holger Gassner in Regensburg, Germany, perform my saddle nose reconstruction. He used an endonasal approach, harvested part of one of my ribs from my right lower chest with the endoscope, and repaired both my saddle and the septal perforation.
