Rudest Man I Have Ever Encountered - Consultation Only

I travelled hours to London for my consultation but just as I got into London I was messaged that Frati was held back and that my appointment would be moved an hour or re-scheduled if I preferred. I chose to keep it and waited at a nearby park for an hour. When I got to my appointment I waited another 1 hour and a half. I could hear people near me in the waiting room who had been waiting more than 2 hours and on a previous visit were also made to wait hours.
When I walked into the room he didn't even look up let alone apologise for the delay and it was an uncomfortable few seconds before he said hi. However he continued scribbling away on his notepad presumably writing his previous client's notes. I sat there as if I had been summoned into the headmaster's office. The entire experience was uncomfortable and awkward. He asked me what I was there for and then asked me to stand up to take some pics and then without gloves or without saying what he was doing he grabbed my nose. When we sat back down in silence he used something like photoshop to shorten my nose from the side and said this is what it will look like. He never explained what he is going to do, how he is going to do it. He didn't understand my questions and kept having his nurse explain what I meant. He got frustrated every time I asked a question. When I brought up concerns, he shot them down as if I was so stupid. Important things like that I would need a cartilage graft I only found out because I was asking so many questions. It was like getting blood out of a stone. I kept asking what my nose will look like from the front and he would just mumble some words - why could he not do that imaging from the front too? It was nothing super technical, certainly not 3-d imaging like they discuss. Whenever he wanted to end the consultation or talk about dates etc he would stare in silence at his nurse behind me. He had 3 phones next to him and kept looking at them.It took so much courage for me to talk about my insecurity, I felt really vulnerable but he had absolutely zero bedside manner. He is such an arrogant man that he thinks we should let him slice us open on his operating table without even needing to understand what he is doing. God forbid something went wrong, I know this man would not listen to a word I said - so obviously I did not go through with it.His nurse on the other hand was a really sweet, gentle girl who apologised for the delay and after the consultation tried to reassure me that what I wanted was possible. I do not know how she keeps her spirits up, spending her days with a ball of negative energy.
