Botched rhinoplasty - left so unhappy with my nose for years

I had an rhinoplasty rivision with Dr Douglas McGeorge several years ago, he told me at the time, he may have to take rib cartilage to make my nose strong and support the tip. After the operation he advised me that he did not need to take any rib which at that moment I was obviously very glad, after a few months the tip of my nose started to deviate and twist to the side, when I went back to Dr McGeorge, he was very put out and didn’t particularly want to help, as he didn’t want to operate again he said the only thing he could do is to try and manipulate the tip, I had a local anastectic and was in a consultation room whilst he carried out the procedure to manipulate the tip by making an incision inside my nose and massaging. He would say there is only so much I can do the rest is in gods hands. After several attempts of keep returning to him and him being very fed up of me returning unhappy he told me there is nothing else more that can be done, I was left for years with being so unhappy with my nose, a very deviated tip, I gave up as I had previous bad surgery and he told me nothing more could be done. After years of anxiety regarding my nose i approached another surgeon who was a specialist in rhinoplasty, he managed to straighten my nose something McGeorge said would be impossible. The surgeon had to take rib to support the tip, when he looked inside in the operation he told me the previous surgeon had destroyed and killed cartilage in the tip of my nose, I am extremely annoyed and upset about all the years I had to live with being so unhappy with the way I looked and told to believe that nothing more could be done, let alone the financial implication is was to me. If he would have originally used the rib as he knew he should have done would have saved me years of mental torture, his laziness and incompetence has cost me dearly.
