I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teenager and decided at 30 right before my wedding next year now is the time! I was referred to Dr.Steiger by friends and my experience from start to now 2 weeks in have been amazing. The office staff is helpful and patient. Dr.Steiger is extremely knowledgeable and has a very clear passion for facial aesthetic surgery. It’s refreshing to work with a doctor who you can tell loves his job. Pain was minimal/moderate- I would describe it as more of discomfort and congestion with a pretty bad sinus headache. By day 8 I was back to work. So happy I chose Dr.Steiger, even not even 2 weeks in and my results are fantastic and I can’t wait to see my nose once all the swelling has resolved!

Looks so beautiful already. You are pretty anyway tho :) Im also 30 and my cast will be removed tomorrow. I will also marry next year. I hope my results will be as amazing as yours!

Thank you so much :) I’m sure you will be beautiful! I didn’t notice some more swelling after the cast was removed but the majority subsided in a few days. How do you feel now?

Got my cast removed last week. Was really nervous even if it wasn't possible that it gets worse than my old nose. What should I say, I am super happy. Obviously the tip is still swollen, but I already like it 1000 times more than my old nose :)
Just my brusing somehow is pretty long lasting.

That’s awesome. So happy for you :) removing the stitches sucked lol but so happy with the result so it was worth it haha I used arnica religiously and it helped a lot!

Nice nose!!! Did he cut your bone with the piezo ultrasound technology? Or did he break it with the chisel ?

Thanks! I believe he broke it with tools but I’m not sure, you’d have to ask him haha
