Getting Rhinoplasty from Dr. Saxon Ruined my Nose and my Finances

It's taken two reconstructive revision rhinoplasties to rebuild my nose after getting an initial septorhinoplasty from Dr. Saxon in 2017.

Dr. Saxon is a lovely person and was so pleasant to interact with throughout the process, but she apparently did not have the experience necessary for my rhinoplasty. In consulting with multiple surgeons for a revision procedure after my surgery with Dr. Saxon, they agreed that she removed far too much tissue from the tip of my nose, which I've had to have rebuilt with donor cartilage. Excessive scar tissue from my procedure with her caused my nose to twist upwards, and I have NO idea what she did to my nostrils, but they came out two totally different shapes and sizes, with one noticeably larger, even from a front view. My entire nose was crooked as well. She also left (or created?) a hump on my bridge, and the hole in my septum wasn't closed all the way. Everything just looked very weird and very wrong.

In addition to having my tip rebuilt with donor cartilage by a different surgeon, it took a second revision procedure where fascia and skin were taken from both of my ears to fix the damage caused by Dr. Saxon.

Going to her for my initial rhinoplasty saved me money in the short-term because she was still an ENT at that point and could bill the procedure to my insurance, but in the long-term, she has cost me over $30,000 in revision procedures, as well as an incredible amount of emotional distress.

For the sake of her current patients, I hope she has improved over the years. For my own sake, I hope that I can finally have a normal-looking nose after making the mistake of choosing Dr. Saxon for my first surgery.
