Doctor Refused to Return my Money for Surgery I Haven’t Received

WORTH IT
I was going to do a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ivanchuk and sent a prepayment of 3150 dollars for a surgery. I checked my test results and they were not good and I was advised not to proceed with rhinoplasty at the moment. I reached out to the doctor and asked to cancel surgery 1 week in advance but he refused to send my money back. How can I trust him my face after treating me so poorly? Why is it so difficult to return my money for the services I never received?

Happy with this doctor and customer service.
Doctor returned my prepayment even though I couldn’t make it to the surgery. I appreciate his kind gesture and willingness to work it out with a patient. I feel I can trust this doctor and do a surgery in the future due to his great customer service. His staff always responds to all my questions and provides deep in detail information. Thank you for willing to work it out with me. Once I feel better I definitely visit his office!
