Finesse Primary Rhinoplasty
Dr Nima is one of a kind. He is everything I was looking for in a surgeon - a great listener, thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, a perfectionist. There is a reason he takes one case a day; with Dr. Nima, you get the full and deliberate attention of a highly skilled surgeon.
Currently, I am about five months post from my primary finesse rhinoplasty. I did my due diligence and chose Dr. Nima because he possessed technical skills and the ability to listen to my goals. I was not interested in a cookie-cutter nose. I wanted to look like a refined version of myself. Looking back, I can only summarize the entire experience as follows - you get what you pay for.
On the day of surgery, I arrived at the surgery center relatively calm but adequately nervous. However, after seeing Dr. Nima right before surgery, those nerves dissipated. He put me at ease by reviewing our goals/plan for surgery once again. Dr. Nima is a patient listener and communicator. IMHO, this is a non-negotiable quality in a surgeon, and I thoroughly appreciated the time and energy he spent educating me. I went into surgery feeling heard and having complete confidence in my surgeon and his team.
The day of surgery was a breeze. I had no issues going under and coming out of anesthesia. The entire team was top-notch!
Recovery was even better than expected - minimal bruising, barely noticeable swelling. At the seven-day cast removal, I had minimal swelling and less bruising than what I get with fillers! I resumed everyday life within a few short weeks without any visible signs of surgery. Even the scar was barely noticeable! I was pleasantly surprised by my post-op recovery and equally impressed by the detail and effort in the care kit and instructions.
Now, almost five months out, I continue to see refinement in my nose weekly. I am thrilled I went forward with my primary finesse rhinoplasty and even more thrilled that I chose Dr Nima. Thank you for making the entire process as smooth as possible. I love that I still look like myself, just better!
