Came late on the day of the operation

dont bother going to recasata for rhinoplasty. he's unprofessional and doesn't reply. he doesn't give instructions pre-op and post op. ikaw pa mismo kailangan magask sa meds needed. he even came late sa day ng operation. didn't say sorry. Sinabihan pa ako na di naman daw pagsinabing ganitong time, higa agad then opera. Di raw nageend yung process in 1 hour kaya okay lang na malate siya and to think na I'm his only patient sa day na yun. SO WHAT'S THE POINT NA MAY SCHEDULE? Late siya cos traffic daw. I came from QC and mas malayo naman ako sakanya pero I came early kasi nahiya ako na pagantayin sila pero yun pala ako pa magaantay HAHA. Nakaalis na ako ng clinic di pa rin dumadating. Walang respeto sa oras or pake sa patient. If I were you, I'd find another doctor who actually cares. Also, when I asked for a refund sobra sobra pa kinuha niya. He got 30K + with excise tax and 12% VAT kahit wala namang surgery nangyari and clearly told him na I didn't need a receipt (during our consultation kasi sabi niya may binabayaran na tax pero di raw kailangan magbayad na if di naman need ng receipt) LOL. He told me na my reason is not valid for cancelling. How is it not valid?! Di ka nga nagrereply pag may questions patient mo tapos malalate ka pa sa surgery sched? Eh unang patient mo yun. Anyway, I consulted Dr. Enrique (he's nicer and you'll feel na important ka talaga plus he gives detailed pre-op instructions and meds with explanation bakit need itake) unlike Recasta na ikaw pa ang magtatanong anong meds. Pera pera lang with Recasata.
