Did not fix primary problem and just feel lied to

I went in for my nose that has been bothering me for years... the (rhino hump). I work in the oilfields and I have to wear eye protection.. goggles for long periods of time and it just hurts like crazy and causes headaches and my nose turns all red int he hump area. So I went in to get checked first meet... was told that I needed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty for a bad deviated septum, all the paper work states rhinoplasty and septoplasty and I even asked if he was going to shave down the rhino hump, and he stated yes we shave that down. Post op... and a month after....the hump was never touched and now I constantly have to flush my nose with saline rinse other wise I am just clogged up and its hard to breath. Went to a post op appointment where he told me that he never mentioned touching the rhino hump ...even though it was my primary concern for my pain (I wish that had in room camera's because he did state that with my family member as proof was there in the same room.... then I asked him why am I clogged up nonstop, then he proceeds to check my nose by sticking something in their deep (unclogging my airway) then saying everything looks perfect! so just beware... I am currently looking for a legal option or a second opinion on this manner. If you go see this doctor make sure that you record proof of what he tells you because he can change it up and tell you otherwise.
