4 months post-op & very happy - assured I'd have nose that fits my face

After 3 years I am writing an update, because I started having problems with breathing. Actually I started having them 1 year after the operation and I was hoping it will get away. My nose is too pinched and I feel like something inside has collapsed, the air doesn't move freely and I have headaches all the time. Also I constantly feel pain at the top of my nose, like something is pinched there and is not OK. I don't know what to do now, because prices have risen up a lot and I can't afford having another surgery, but I really can't breathe properly. Think very carefully if you want this operation, because long term the effects may be bad.
