Post op day 5 and just took off steri strips on top of nose. Man that hurt !! Tomorrow is the big reveal day! I'm sooo nervous! Don't know what to expect. I know there will be a lot of swelling yet but still worried it won't be what I have wanted and have had pictured in my head. I know I'm in good hands though and he's an amazing surgeon so hopefully he knew what was best on me!! We shall see tomorrow and no turning back anyway !

Post op day 4 and doing pretty good. Still dry and sore but getting better everyday. Only a few days till splint comes off and I can't wait !!!! When I get startled or move suddenly it hurts pretty bad and at night my nose throbs in bed from all the activity all day but really surprised at how low the pain level is after pod 1. Just trying not to hit it cause that hurts. Been using nasal spray to keep airways moist. Dr days they will be very dry for a few weeks cause your nose has to get used to breathing in air a different way now. I can already tell my tip is shorter so we will see soon as to the rest of it !!
Back to work today and pain is pretty…
Back to work today and pain is pretty little. So happy I finally got my packing out of my nose so I can breath again !!! Few more days and can get cast off too. So excited !! My drainage has went down as well. Just sore to touch and hard to put makeup on and wash face but I can deal with it
