Dr. Jason Roth is an exceptionally kind, ethical, and highly skilled otolaryngologist whom I recommend without hesitation. Six months ago, he performed a septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction on me, and I’m extremely pleased with both the functional and aesthetic outcomes.
Before confirming my operation with Dr. Roth in late 2024, I consulted six other rhinoplasty specialists over the course of a year, trying to get as many opinions as possible. He was the only surgeon who recommended a preservation rhinoplasty. He placed strong emphasis on preserving nasal anatomy and never compromising function in pursuit of cosmetic changes. He also showed genuine ethical conduct and took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and answer my questions—he is clearly not a surgeon driven by profit or inclined to exploit vulnerable patients.
By opting for the preservation technique over the conventional structural approach, I was able to retain most of the natural characteristics of my nose. My naturally thinner nasal bridge was maintained in the frontal view, avoiding the significant broadening that would likely have occurred with a structural rhinoplasty. The outcome looks exceptionally natural—particularly ideal as a guy—as no one would suspect I had undergone surgery, despite the substantial de-projection and noticeable improvement in both my side profile and nasal tip.
In addition to the aesthetic result, I’ve experienced a significant improvement in breathing—by at least 60%. This is especially notable given I also have pre-existing nasal issues unrelated to the deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy, which cannot be addressed surgically.
Dr. Roth’s reception staff are equally commendable and incredibly helpful. Emma, in particular, made a memorable first impression. She later provided exceptional support and consistent communication via email and phone throughout both the pre- and post-operative process, and she is outstanding at her job!
