I've wanted a rhinoplasty since forever, and I finally gathered the courage (and money) to go with my best friend and get one. I'm part middle eastern and African American so my nose is kind of a mix of both, I expected it to be a challenge. Here are some pics..

More pictures..possible revision?
So I’m including some more before and afters, it’s been a year since I’ve had my surgery so my nose is fully healed and this is the final result.
What I like:
My nose is smaller, it’s not as wide, it’s symmetrical, the tip was raised so it’s straight and not curved like a beak. My confidence has gone through the roof I feel so much better about myself, I was even placed front row as a guest on a TV show! This nose job has literally changed my life.
Dislikes:
I just wish it was a tad bit smaller thats literally it lol
I think I might get a revision because I want the front to be a little smaller and defined, but most surgeons that I’ve talked to said my nose is fine and I know that myself, Its the perfectionist in me but I don’t regret this at all, and I’d recommend Dr Volkan he was a great surgeon, very kind and very supportive.

My bestie did the same thing with her breasts. They literally looked exactly the same to everyone but her.

She had to go around for a year and a half to get a doctor to touch her. Luckily they were perfect the second time, too. I was all in her titties lilke, "THeY dOn'T lOoK aNy DifFeReNt." LMAO

I think your nose looks perfect sometimes some people make the nose is too small it looks obvious and like it's too small for their face you look super beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing!!!

How’s your breathing? This is something I’m most concerned about with rhinoplasty (I don’t have any breathing issues rn before surgery)

My breathings great! For the first 6 months I couldn't breath that well since I was healing but now I'm all good
