I love my nose! Came out so well people don’t even know I got a nose job. It looks so natural and suites my face… I can’t remember life with my old nose. This feels like the one I was born to have.
I also love my boobs. I did have bad scarring but I am prone to hyperpigmentation. One incision is a lot bigger and more jagged than the other unfortunately. I’ve been having treatments done in San Diego to reduce the scars. One boob still is slightly higher than the other but they were uneven like this before the surgery so I don’t blame it. Everyone has a smaller boob!

3 month +2 week update
Hi everyone... I've added some pictures so hopefully this helps. I absolutely love both my boobs and nose. My nose looks so natural and no one knows I got it done (unless I told them). My dad couldn't even tell the difference, even though to me it is so noticeable. I also love my boobs! I went from a 32B to a 32DD. The doctor said I would only be a C but I'm happy it turned out like this! I think I got 325-350CCs.
Cons: I want this review to help you guys so I will be realistic and say the things I do not like. I think my nostrils are uneven when viewed from the bottom. This doesn't bother me too much though because no one can tell but me. I still love the nose....
For my boobs, the scars are huge. One is about 2 inches and a straight line, but the other is about 2 1/2 inches wide and very jagged, with the height stretching to 1/2 an inch in some spots. They are slowly fading though and hopefully will be less noticeable at the year mark. They are also dropping unevenly, but that is normal. I use my right hand a lot for work, so it should even out in a month or two. I think the left boob (right on the pic) looks so beautiful and natural though, so I cannot wait until the right looks like that too!
