For now, I'll share a pic of what I have do deal with. I have an appointment to understand what my solutions are this coming June. Obviously I will need to be thinking about getting surgery in 2022, or 2023, as due to the covid situation I have no money.
I feel so frustrated that I spent all my money on Volkhan. I have old pictures that shows the asymmetry, and tip rotation were present right from the start.
He should supply operation table pictures (from all angles) to prove otherwise. But he obviously never shared. He shared the side view that sent me to panic right after surgery.
And I remember my ex partner after cast removal raised straight away the question about my nostrils. I was trying to keep extremely positive and I kept telling him it was swelling and that it would have gone away. Sadly, that wasn't the case.
To be honest, the only thing that would make me feel better now would be if:

1) not taking my case seriously enough
2) Not giving me any proper aftercare or follow-up, like a video-call or a human conversation
3) Not having specified that that nose couldn't be done on me during consultation
4) Not addressing the nostril issues during cast removal
5) Making me feel bad about writing a review I wrote after a full year of healing and several times I tried to have a conversation
The only way he could make me change my mind about the experience:
1) Offering free full revision or a partial refund of the surgery.

The doctor hasn't still recognised something was off right from the beginning. I think he might mixed up the cases, as I remember he saying confidently that he gave me "exactly the nose I wanted".
I don't know, I feel bad for giving such a poor review, but he didn't gave me much choice. I don't feel like I could trust him again.

Natural Light - Post surgery pictures
Hey there. I am substituting the previous pictures with some done in natural lighting. I used a 45mm lens at over 1.5 mt of distance to avoid any distortion.
I wish I had a better follow up. Even just a video call, in which the doctor could have gone through the issues he thinks my nose might have developed. People forget how scary to undergo surgery is, and it's a rollercoaster of emotions.
