An excellent experience from start to finish

My entire experience with Dr. Yannis and the whole team at 111 Harley Street was excellent from start to finish. As a nervous patient, never having had surgery before Dr. Yannis and his team were so wonderful at reassuring me and keeping me relaxed and calm throughout my journey. Dr. Yannis has a very calming energy and it's so clear that he is an absolute expert in his field. I was given a contact phone number even for out of office hours which really shows how the team at 111 go above any beyond to care for their patients. Abi in the booking office kindly arranged for the anaesthetist to call me the evening before my surgery to reassure me, address my concerns and answer any questions I had which really helped me to go into the surgery feeling calm. Nothing is too much for the team here to help patients feel happy and relaxed which is so important before taking such a huge decision to have surgery.
In my consultation Dr. Yannis created morphs of my nose to show how I wanted it to look and he achieved exactly that! He listened to me so carefully and agreed with my wishes to create a natural looking nose but without the bump and slightly downward curving tip. I'm so happy with the results, my nose looks so much nicer now and has really boosted my confidence. He also corrected my deviated septum and now I can breathe so well through my nose for the first time in my life!
Zuzana in the after care team is also really lovely and so helpful and knowledgable about post-surgical care. She was on hand for me any time of day in the days and weeks after my surgery to answer my recovery questions and was so gentle when removing the cast after my surgery, I didn't feel a thing!
I can't recommend Dr. Yannis and 111 Harley Street enough to anyone considering a rhinoplasty - and especially to those who may be nervous and would like a team who goes above and beyond to care for and reassure patients before, during, and after their surgery.
