How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Nightmare. Do Not Make the Same Mistake
For someone who advertises the “total nose approach” and markets themself as master in nasal surgery, Dr. Nachlas could not even perform a simple nasal hump reduction properly. Actually, Dr. Nachlas did not even perform any of the structural/cosmetic portion of my septorhinoplasty, even though he was the only person I explicitly consented to do my surgery - after my surgery, I discovered that the arrangement he has (communicated to me by the other doctor) is that he works on the sinuses endoscopically and the younger inexperienced surgeon in the practice does the rest. A surgeon I have never met until the day I got my cast off, Dr. Gregory Dibelius (who has now left the practice and is replaced by another young surgeon), did my entire septoplasty and rhinoplasty, both of which were a disaster. I have a wide irregular nose with significantly less definition than before, open roof deformity, nose is deviating to one side, internal valve and midvault collapse, and a host of other issues including breathing problems. A year after my original surgery, Dr. Nachlas suggested an unnecessary in-office revision which just made things worse - something else he can bill for.
Post op care consisted of being charged for every follow up visit, which should be routine given the surgeon’s interest in tracking your healing progress; but no, money seems to be the driving factor here. I couldn’t even get 2 minutes with Dr. Nachlas before he would evade questions and run out of the room to see other patients.
Eventually, I asked nicely for my surgical report and some of my photos taken in the office of my birth nose so I can present them to other surgeons in my consultations for revision rhinoplasty; but at this request, I was continually led on and ignored. It took months to get this documentation (which is part of my legal health records) and I had to get it through the other surgeon that left the practice. On my last attempt to call the office and inquire about the documents, his nurse manager angrily told me that I cannot be helped because dr. Nachlas didn’t even do my surgery. What?! What kind of practice is this? To take a 22 year old with the rest of their lives ahead of them, and just exploit them in this manner for profit.
If there’s any good that can come out of this, is that I at least can serve as a warning to others and prevent someone else from going through this nightmare: avoid this medical practice and DO NOT have surgery with Dr. Nachlas
