Amazing Surgeon, However Terrible Customer Service.
There is no doubt that Dr Milovic, is one of the best surgeons and most experienced in his field.
One can not deny that.
But if the other reviews are being honest.
His administrative team are one of the worst I have ever come across in every sense of the word.
From victim blaming other staff members (mentioning them as temporary staff and therefore their processes and time changes don't matter) when they forget to put in dates, from forgetting to follow up for months, and then being passive aggressive over the phone knowing that clients are likely to put up with toss arounds and technical problems they create, knowing one would still patiently wait to being consulted by him.
The outright final lack of care and sarcastic tone upon follow up consultation was enough for me to realize that he problem is well aware of the problem but has detached him self from staff and the way they schedule, and are eager to label clients as problematic.
Patiently waited for months and was put through pure grief, administration has more control than the surgeon, and were even excited to aggressively inform me of cancelation of booking,
whilst happily pretending they weren't aware of changes and switch any narrative on clients.
Never seen anything like it to be honest.
Not saying their should be easy access to see the Surgeon, but the drama that that this saga has been has been detrimental to my mental health.
I will seek out a more attentive clinic.
However the Surgeon was very pleasant and provided well informed information upon initial consultation. It is just a shame he is not aware of the control, unnecessary aggression, play on words that staff put selective clients through.
