Devastated, Depressed and Crooked
I am devastated by the outcome of my rhinoplasty completed by Dr. Hoffman. I look at it every day and wish I would have never stepped into his office. I am now depressed, anxious, and embarrassed to leave my home. I saved up simply to have a disfigured nose.
I have attempted several times to contact Dr. Hoffman to discuss my concerns and dissatisfaction. There are no callbacks, and the voicemail states he no longer sees new or existing patients due to a family emergency. I understand and sympathize with needing to tend to a family emergency. Still, the lack of care, compassion, and acknowledgment that one of his patients is suffering this way is beyond my comprehension. I can’t imagine disfiguring a patient that put trust in me and then not responding.
I wish he would at least return my call to provide me with some support as his patient. I paid over $10,000 for a crooked nose, bulbous tip one nostril larger than the other, and now a asymmetrical face.
