I really wish I had done more research - not pleased with my results

I really wish I had done more research on Dr. Gaxiola. His work on Instagram is misleading because he doesn't show all of the angles of his work.
I recently had my rhinoplasty, and I'm not pleased with my results. My nose is nowhere near how I wanted it. Yes, it is better than what I had, but it wasn't how we discussed it. Dr. Gaxiola did my nose how he wanted it based on the stimulation (which I had said I didn't want). I clearly explained how I wanted my tip of my nose to change (the main reason I wanted the surgery) and, I even showed him images of ideal noses I wanted (side and front profile view).
He saw the images and explained to me what he was going to do to me and he told me he had already envisioned the same nose I wanted already without me even telling him. That was a lie b/c my nose isn't how I showed him how I wanted it. He did straighten and shorten my nose, but my front profile didn't change because my tip is still the same.
He is arrogant and unprofessional. For my month post-op appointment, I drove 2 hours to get there only to find out he "had a family emergency" (a lie because the nurse told me how long he usually takes as if it happens often) and couldn't see me. I got tired of waiting for two hours, and I decided to leave.
It's been a month since my post-op appt & I still haven't received a phone call for an apology or a reschedule. It's disappointing because he only cared about getting paid rather than pleasing his patients with the results they wanted.
My nose is slightly crooked, which I had told him about, and he said with massages and healing time, It would straighten. It's been 2 months, and I see no change.
Truthfully, don't waste your money coming here. I should've saved more money and done my surgery here in the U.S. to get the results I wanted. He is slightly overpriced than most doctors in TJ —your medication, lab work, and x-ray aren't included with your surgery— it was about an additional $300. The nurses and staff were great —very accommodating and nice— however, they are also very unorganized, and worst of all, the doctor doesn't value your time or your preference. Learn from my mistake, and take your money elsewhere.

Someone else with a bad outcome so yes agree totally please reconsider using Gaxiola for your surgery needs. Save the extra and have it done right in the US.
