Chronic nasal decongestion without Afrin
It's 4 am on 23rd June 2023. I just e-mailed this Kun Kim stating, "I just ran of Afrin early tonight, I cannot breathe through my nose at all. Lots of saline solution irrigation hasn't helped. If you had given me a European barbie doll nose, I would have accepted this chronic nasal decongestion and my permanent dependency on Afrin (or having to breathe through my mouth for the rest of my life like now that my Afrin shipment hasn't arrived). "
This operation was a total lose-lose all around. Lose $9,000, lose ability to breathe through the nose unless using medication, and unneeded slashing of inner nose especially because of scarring for nothing.
I should have known better when Kim called me "he" in your office in July 2019. I dismissed it as an accident. Now, I see his hate and the malicious damage he has done. Those anti-LGBT surgeons who refuse to work on me are 10 X more honorable in comparison to this Kim who has taken $9,000 while causing internal damages to my nose in exchange for zero reduction.
I met Kim in his office 2 days ago. He tried to gaslight me and dismissed me. I met a medical coordinator (outsider with no ax to grind) who informed me that my before & after photos look the same. We concurred that only my mother or boyfriend would compliment me on my nose.

$9000 Taken for Zero Reduction Rhinoplasty
Kun Kim intentionally made my nose larger on the inside & same or larger on the outside. We had agreed on a small artificially Michael Jackson type of nose.
Kun Kim promised to make my nose smaller and remove large amount of cartilage from the sides, cut the bridge bone, and more to produce a major reduction. He took offense when I asked, "If the tip will be cut off 2 millimeters..." He told me not to question reductions that he would definitely undertake. I replied that it was axiomatic that he would perform radical reduction rhinoplasty. However, he has charged me $9,000 and done absolutely nothing.
My before and after photos look exactly the same. On the inside of my nose, I was augmented. On the outside of my nose, nothing changed.
Kun Kim didn't even make a sincere attempt to reduce my nose. I have receipt of my $9,000 payments to him. He will neither refund anything nor re-do the job. Forget about aftercare.
I think he may be okay for the dimple job based on the reviews of others. However, he isn't willing to even try to do ANYTHING on rhinoplasty.
