Photo update
I wanted to add an update to actually highlight how bad this surgeons technique actually is. The first photo is done by Dr Josef Kulhanek (my primary surgery) I was very silly to allow him to do my revision but I was young. The 2nd photo is my revision done by Dr Josef Kulhanek (how did he make it even worse). My 3rd surgery was done by a skilful surgeon in Ireland. Look at those 3 photos. If you want a deformed nose like the first two, go to Dr Josef Kulhanek. If you want a beautiful natural result AVOID him!
Do Not Get Rhinoplasty from This Surgeon
I had my primary rhinoplasty with dr. Kulhanek in 2017, my nose looked as if my tip was hanging off. He offered me a revision and I naively accepted. My nose was left fractured and completely botched. Going to Dr. Kulhanek for rhinoplasty was probably the worst decision I have ever made. I am currently in the process of 10,000 euro upwards to correct how he left my nose. I have all my emails and photos of both botched surgeries, DM me if you’d like to see these. I don’t regularly show people these photos but I think it’s important to prevent it from happening to anyone else. My side profile is how it looked after the first surgery and the two face on pictures is how it looked after the second. You can clearly see where it is left fractured. I have severe breathing problems.
