The Best Thing I Have Ever Done and the Best Surgeon Possible

I have had the BEST experience with my rhinoplasty with Waseem Saeed. I have previously broken my nose twice which is now corrected. I had my deviated septum straightened, tip refined, slight hump removed and side bone sticking out taken away.
First consultation- Mr saeed asked me wwhat I didn’t like and he then agreed on what he thought in his honest opinion. He was completely honest which made me trust him more. He was so knowledgeable. He drew out my nose and helped my understand the areas which needed improving what would be done.
2nd consultation- via FaceTime so I could have my mum there to listen in. She loved him and was happy for me to go ahead. We discussed my medical history and the risks of the surgery. He then discussed in further detail what he would do for the best outcome.
Had some worries priory to surgery and dr saeed got back to me straight away. 
Wilmslow hospital - 72 hour before covid test included in the surgery cost. 
Day of surgery - Mr Saeed came to see me before surgery which made me feel so relaxed as I couldn’t have anyone with me. He went though everything again to ensure we was on the same page. As did the anesthetist. The nurses all lovely throughout my stay and was there whenever I needed them. Saeed came to see me after surgery and said he would discuss in detail later on. At 8pm he came back as promised shows me my table pics and ensured I was feeling ok. 
Day 2 - Mr Saeed personally took my packing out. Discharged with injections stop clotting, paracetamol and saline water to clean. 
Rough week very tired, mouth breathing, blocked nose with chunks of blood stuck - told not to remove anything that didn’t easily come out.
Felt better by day 5 but felt night time was the worst.
Day 7 cast off - I very anxious to see my nose. I was over the moon, it was swollen but everything I asked for and more. Difficult septum and nose after breaking but I know dr saeed did everything could for my nose. Stitches out, clean - wary as even some UK surgeons don’t do this themselves let alone some ask to go to your GP. He fully taught my how to massage my nose and the importance as I have thick skin. I also saw full diagrams of my nose and what he did which was so thorough.
From day 8 until today I have been massaging 3 times a day, every day without fail. The technique mr Saeed told me is honestly amazing and is not the same as I’ve seen anywhere else. I had my three week check up with mr Saeed which was amazing as always and he said he could tell that I was massaging perfectly. My swelling is so much less than I thought as I have thick skin.
This is truly the best thing I’ve ever done and I am so so so glad I chose Waseem Saeed. A highly recommend anyone looking to have a rhinoplasty to have a consultation with this doctor and see for yourself how amazing he is. I will update this.
