Barbie Nose Without my Consent, Collapse and Breathing Problems

I had surgery with Dr Dinc over two years ago. I initially chose this Dr after speaking with other surgeons and insisting on a natural result. Dr Dinc was adamant about this too, so I felt confident I would not end up with exactly what I didn’t want. Again when I travelled for the surgery, I met with him. We took the pictures, and made a morph. I was really happy with the morph and Dr Dinc again spoke about a natural result and not doing a Barbie style. My main concern was straightening my nose which was pulling to one side. When Dr Dinc took the pictures on the professional camera he showed me actually it is not as asymmetric as you think. He then took a photo on his phone to compare how phone cameras can distort and exaggerate. He said he will try to get the nose as straight as possible and support the tip which he said was “droopy”. I wasn’t looking for perfection or a big change so I was happy on his insistence about facial harmony and natural result.
When I got my cast off a week later my heart dropped. I put it out of my mind as this was my primary and I had read so much about swelling and tip drop etc. But after 3 months it was clear my nose had been extremely reduced. I had been given a tiny upturned nose about 1/5 of the size of my natural nose. Not a single thing about it resembled the morph. Dr Dinc’s answers to my questions grew longer with more technical jargon and I knew something had gone seriously wrong. He had cut into one of my nostrils without my consent (which now after two attempts with any surgeon to conceal the scar I still can’t fix it). He had reduced my turbinates causing breathing damage, as I got persistent dry nose, headaches and a constant feeling of suffocation. When a surgeon finally explained to me what had happened we realised there were many details left out of the surgical report Dr Dinc provided. My midvault partially collapsed due to lack of support. And overall, I was left with such a reduction that with structural damage and skin shrinkage, plus all my native cartilage removed, that I will never be close to achieving what I was trying to achieve with my primary, let alone anywhere near my birth nose.
I cut all contact with Dr Dinc soon after. He was not concerned at all. The reason I added the detail in the beginning about my nose not looking as assymetric on the professional camera as to comparing with the phone camera is because when I first started to worry and sent Dr Dinc my photos saying that were very far from the morph - he sent me back pictures and videos he had taken on his phone to try and tell me how bad my nose was prior and that it was an extreme case. He said he had to perform the surgery this way and look how straight my nose is now. I didn’t even have a bridge at this point so there was nothing to be assymetric anymore.
Please be careful with this surgeon. My nose is damaged for life.
