How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Prior to procedure - Dr. Sigler was informative and helpful. I felt that I was in great hands. She asked what my goals were and we agreed on what I wanted and what she thought was realistic. She said I mainly needed to shorten the length and remove the bridge. This was all via Skype
Day of surgery - Could not get anyone to open the building. The front doors were literally chained shut. Military were patrolling the street behind us. After calling 50 times, we had to meet a nurse in a parking garage and follow her through back doors to the office. Everyone was so kind. The language barrier was not even an issue. We took pre-surgical photos and I relaxed in a small, but private and clean room. After seeing me in person, she decided she had to do an open procedure, which is not what we talked about. But that is to be expected when you only have Skype to communicate. Not a big deal. The surgery was a breeze. Recovery was awesome. Everyone was so kind. NOTE! If you are from the U.S. - get your meds filled in TJ before coming back. Pharmacies in the US can not fill them. I recovered with zero meds - not safe at all!
Recovery - I had VERY limited bruising due to taking Aracina (sp?) ahead of time. Very little pain. It was awesome. I watched videos on YouTube of how to tape since no one showed me prior to the surgery. That worked out well. I noticed my nose did not look much smaller. No one seemed to notice once I got the brace off. I had to tell people.
A year later - my nose is slightly crooked, constantly whistles on one side, and does not look different at all. I wish I had been less conservative and gone with a doctor in LA that would have given me a much smaller nose. I have tried to email Dr. Sigler and have not received a response.
