Age 32, 3.5 weeks post-op rhinoplasty for wide & bulbous nose

After wanting a nose job since I was 12 years old, I finally got one! I’m 32 now and I have been researching for years. I saw 3 doctors for consults and immediately felt confident with Dr. Denton. Not only did he show me a photo projection of what he would like to accomplish with my nose, he told me what was realistic in terms of outcome. My nose was tricky because it was very wide and bulbous, no definition at all. It did not suit my face and made me extremely self conscious. I booked my surgery and was so excited! I finally got the procedure done on April 20th. I’m currently 3.5 weeks post op, I’m still experiencing tightness and tenderness of my nose as well as a bit of swelling and numbness, which I was assured is normal. I am SO happy with the result, it’s better than I could have expected and I feel so much more confident and I know it’s going to keep getting better over the next few weeks as it heals more. The entire team at the office are so kind and warm, I felt very safe and taken care of. The actual procedure was very quick and done under twilight sedation, I do remember parts of the procedure however, I was so drugged up that it didn’t bother me at all. Recovery was alright, I got very bruised and swollen and day 3 was the most rough, but I had pain killers and everything was fine. I 100% recommend Dr. Denton.
