Got my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Denton and my experience was amazing. My first consultation was transparent and I knew he was the right surgeon for me right away! I could not be happier with my results. My recovery was quite smooth, my scars healed quickly and were gone in less than a few months. Furthermore, Dr. Denton did an excellent job at making my new nose looks natural and still fit my facial features.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Denton and the entire team. I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for a very long time and finally decided to go through with it. From the initial consultation to the surgery, recovery, and post-op checkups, everything went incredibly well. I was feeling pretty anxious on the day of the surgery, but everyone made me feel so comfortable and supported. Bruising was very minimal and I was lucky enough that I didn't even need to take painkillers. I went into the procedure knowing I shouldn’t expect perfection, but now, nine months post-op, I can honestly say my results turned out exactly how I hoped. Because I have ethnic features, it was really important to me that my nose would still suit my face. Dr. Denton did an amazing job. It still looks like me, but more refined and balanced. I’m so grateful to Dr. Denton and the whole team for helping me overcome an insecurity I had for most of my life.

I am very happy with my rhinoplasty. I dont know how but he managed to make it so natural that not a single person (even those i'm very close with) can tell I have had surgery. With that said, my nose looks flawless now! not crooked, no hump and amazing shape tailored to my face. I would recommend Dr. Denton's work to everyone!

I felt heard, respected, and guided by his expertise. I went into surgery knowing that “perfect” isn’t a realistic expectation, and honestly, I didn’t fully know what to expect from the final result. But the outcome is as close to perfect as I could have imagined. My nose still looks like me - just more refined and balanced - which was exactly what I wanted. I am just 3 weeks post op from a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Denton and I’m already in love with my results. So far I’ve had no issues and very fast recovery, and despite some minor swelling, my nose looks amazing. I can’t imagine how much better it’s going to look when it’s fully healed. Dr. Denton completely transformed my face with just this procedure, my nose suits my face so well now and looks incredibly natural. He didn’t take away the uniqueness from my face but rather enhanced it as if I were supposed to be born with this nose all along. I really appreciate that he creates the nose to each individual rather than just doing what’s popular at the moment. He was very kind, humble and efficient throughout the process and my recovery went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a natural, well done rhinoplasty to put their trust in this doctor.

Truly one of the best decisions I’ve made to go through haveing a rhinoplasty done by dr Denton. Himself and his staff were so welcoming throughout the whole process, Not once did i feel scared or nervous about the procedure. dr Denton even personally phoned me the day after surgery to ask how i was doing. After surgery I only took the pain medication for two days as I was in no pain and very little discomfort. I could not recommend dr Denton and his team enough.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Denton. I hadn't had much exposure to the world of cosmetic surgery prior to meeting him, so I went in with some reservations. However, from the first consultation, he was transparent, candid and exceedingly honest. He was patient in answering my questions and provided a realistic assessment of the results a rhinoplasty could achieve, and he allowed me to take my time reaching a decision. He also suggested a small chin implant which, in the end, was absolutely the right decision. (I should also mention his quoted rates were about a 1/3rd less than top competitors in Vancouver.) Yuki, his office manager, was quick to respond to my emails and questions over the subsequent months. Ultimately, I was nervous about the procedure -- any time spent looking through this site and others like it turns up plenty of horror stories. But I decided to go through with it. The initial week of recovery, as almost all patients point out, was challenging. Looking back, it's not so much that it's painful as uncomfortable -- the swelling, gauze, etc. However, within a week or two, that phase is over. Dr. Denton was always candid that it would take a full year for recovery to complete. Over the following months, there were periods of mild swelling, but the recovery was smooth and uneventful. During the 1-year check-up, it was hard to believe the difference between the before and after photos. The change was transformative and enormously positive. I think my only regret was not doing this 20 years earlier. Sincere thanks to Dr. Denton for his professionalism and amazing skill. I would recommend him for this procedure without reservation.

Dr Denton is the only plastic surgeon I would trust to do a facelift. I did my research, and he has never hit a facial nerve, and has studied all over the world; he truly knows what he is doing, and is rated one of the best plastic surgeons in the world. I suffered from post Bells Palsy so my face was droopy on my one side, and suffered from synkinesis. Dr Denton shared with me, his first patient he performed a face lift on, was a post Bells Palsy patient. When surgery date arrived I was not the least bit nervous, I was completely relaxed, as I knew I was in the best of hands with Dr Denton. I am so pleased with the results, it is like he gave me back my life again. Due to the synkinesis I had bulging muscles on my neck that would stick out, and he fixed that issue when he did the neck lift, as neck lifts are included in the face lift. He is a perfectionist and takes incredible care of his patients, and often follow ups to make sure you are okay. He is a very kind man and easy to talk to, and goes out of his way to provide the best patient quality care. My face is symmetrical again, and there was little down time, and feel blessed I had Dr Denton, thy best facial plastic surgeon there is, who performed my facelift surgery.

I feel like he's an honest good doctor. Even his prices reflect his honesty. I called every rhinoplasty surgeon in the lower mainland and Calgary. I felt like Dr. Denton displayed the most photos and did the most change. West 8 Dr.B said there wasn't much he could do you my boxy tip and was double the price. Dr.Denton consultation price goes towards the surgery, which is another nice benefit. The consultation went good. He took some photos and the program was just an picture editor so my front view wasn't particularly flattering but the side profile as spot on. I brought another concern if mine up with my lower or upper eye lids and he was honest. Said I was still pretty young and didn't think it would do much for my face. That would of been another easy couple K in his pocket, but he was honest. Surgery day, I was nervous. He took a few more before photos and into the room I went. The twilight zone which I slept the whole time. I think they spoke to me to let me know I was done but I was a sleep. Something I didn't realize about rhinoplasty, you're about to go through the worst dry mouth of your life the next 4 weeks. Sure there isn't anything inside your nose but it is swollen. I'm 4 weeks out now and my nose is still whistling when I breath but nights have just started getting better. Everyone heals different so you might not experience it for as long as I have. The herbal supplements he gets you to take really do work. My bruising only lasted a week and a day which is incredible when you see other people getting the black eyes. Overall, I am so happy with my results. It's the nose I wanted , still me and smaller. I'm glad for Dr.Denton. I'm really happy I went it and it was a success. Updated on 11 Apr 2025: Update: now that the puffiness has gone down even more, my nose bridge is starting show a tiny bump. I am annoyed by it but over all my nose is still much better and cuter than it ever was,, I just hope as time goes on, the mini bump doesn't get bigger. Adding a photo so you can see how small it is. I can breath through my nose now but it still whistles. That'll go away as time goes on from the swelling
