What I learned

What I learned from my primary rhinoplasty is find a surgeon that has a technique/skill that is your preference. Many surgeons don't have a model nose which makes the surgeon less experienced .2nd is always have grafys placed in your nose so your septum doesn't collapse resulting in difficulty breathing and a sunken nose.

Pretty pleased

It's been 14 months and I'm pretty pleased with the results so far. I love so much now that I can breath and the bump being removed. I love dr. Grigoryants work. I'm so thankful he fixed my nose. I'm going to try and stop looking at all the little things that bother me and start appreciating what I do like about my nose.

15 months later

Looking less swollen in the tip. Breathing has improved immensley due to the grafts from my septum. There is a dent in between my nostrils and one side hangs lower. Nostrils still different shapes. Over all at this point I am accepting this as my Bose but there is swelling and hopefully that isn't hiding and issues.
