How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

My One Regret is Not Having Known Dr Robotti Before!
Rhinoplasty: highly recommend Dr Robotti!
One year ago, I had a 7 hours complex finesse Rib grafting Reconstruction with Dr Robotti in Villa Sant’Apollonia (Bergamo, Italy).
My one regret is not having known Dr Robotti before!
Following a car accident I had a facial trauma, my nose and my chin were injured. I had a nasal septum deviation, causing obstruction and difficulty breathing by the functional side, and an altered appearance of my face by the aesthetic side.
I knew I needed the problem fixed, but regrettably, at that time, I wasn’t well informed about surgeries and rhinoplasties.
Before my Revision-Rhinoplasty with Dr. Robotti, I had 2 failed surgeries - I underwent a primary closed rhinoplasty and the second time I underwent an open rhinoplasty.
After these two “deconstructive” rhinoplasties, the structure of my nose was even more destroyed than after the car accident: I had an Alar collapse and septal deformities.
I was depressed, but I didn't want to be defeated, so I began to seriously inform myself about reconstruction procedures, so I found many scientific articles of Dr Robotti and I reached him in Bergamo.
During the first visit Dr Robotti explained to me his technique through pictures and videos so that I can better understand his approach, and he talked in detail about the revision rhinoplasty with rib graft, which was what needed to be done in my case.
After surgery, Dr Robotti told me the nose was even worse than expected, I found that my nose had an “open roof”, luckily he had had no issues solving the problem.
First of all, I would like to thanks Dr Robotti because he fixed my nose, but I would like also thanks him because he gave me a renewed confidence in doctors.
For all the people who are thinking of having a Rhinoplasty:
Rhinoplasty is not a simple procedure, it is rather actually one of the most complex and technically challenging surgical procedure.
I was not aware of this at the beginning of my “journey”.
Therefore, I would like to close my review with an invitation to all the people who are thinking of undergoing this type of surgery:
Please, do not underestimate this surgical operation, if during the first visit the surgeon describes your future rhinoplasty as a SIMPLE and FAST
operation, just run out the door!
