The Best Surgeon There is with the Most Honest, Warm & Comforting Manner

Adding some more pictures to highlight my revision rhinoplasty results performed by the brilliantly skilled Mr Ion. I previously had two open rhinoplasty surgeries (including septo-rhinoplasty) and one closed revision surgery performed by two separate surgeons. Only Mr Ion had the skill & experience to properly fix both the functionality of my nose & its appearance. This is an update to my first review added a couple of days ago titled “The beat surgeon there is with the most honest, warm and comforting manner”. I met with 4 other surgeons throughout my research before deciding to proceed with a fourth surgery. As soon as I met with Mr Ion I was absolutely confident in his ability & that I had found the best surgeon. At no point did he get my hopes up or make false promises in his ability or what was a achievable. The results are far better than I could have hoped for & I am so thankful to him for fixing my nose & taking such good care of me. Mr Ion is simply a fantastically skilled surgeon & wonderful human being.

I feel so very fortunate to have found Mr Ion & have him finally fix my nose. After a bad car accident in my early 20s (I’m now in my early 40s) I was left with a severely bent septum & unable to breathe properly through my nose. Two surgeons & three botched surgeries later I still couldn’t breathe well & was very unhappy with the resulting appearance of my nose. My first surgeon performed two surgeries - one open & one closed rhinoplasty, his second attempt being a free surgery to try to correct his first mistakes but failing. My nose collapsed internally & was left bent in appearance with an ever increasing external dent apparent where it was collapsing inside. My second surgeon used ear cartilage to try to support & straighten my nose. It left me with a wider tip - something I’d always disliked about my nose before the car accident but had been reduced in my original surgery & now was worse than before even though we’d specifically discussed him NOT changing the appearance or size of my tip. His insertion of ear cartilage was poor & left me with a clearly visible protruding bump which made my nose uneven & lumpy in appearance. Mr Ion remover everything the second surgeon had done & replaced them ear cartilage with rib cartilage - which is stronger & straighter & by far more suited in such a procedure. Ear cartilage softens & bends & had caused my nose to get again collapse & my septum to start twisting to one side yet again.
Thanks to Mr Ion I can now breathe completely clearly through my nose, better than I have been able to since before my car accident 20 years ago. My nose is straight & my tip is slim & I am no longer concerned about its appearance. Mr Ion is the most wonderful, kind & attentive man & simply the best skilled surgeon for revision rhinoplasty. He is realistic, informative & professional in his approach & his after care & concern for my welfare has been incredible & far exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank him enough for the way in which he has helped me. I can finally breathe properly through my nose & am no longer conscious or unhappy about its appearance.
