Revision rhino

So after 2 years my nose has nasal bossa on tip after revision which makes it look droopy and elongated. People tell me I look like any wine house and although she is gorgeous that wasn’t my goal God rest her soul. I was researching doctors and came upon dr hanege, dr dilber and dr mehmet can ubur. I really love the results of dr mehmet can ubur the best. Has anybody had any experience with him or the others? I wanted balicki originally but he is super expensive and the other 3 give me Turkish rates as they are not as world renowned yet. What is your advice? Anybody know?

So my nose did go up a little but not significantly and since my top portion of nose has pretty much completely healed I have a very long tip that doesnt match which reminds me of woody woodpecker. I also had like a hard bump on the tip of my nose and I pushed on it and then it bled a little and a lot of water came out which might have accounted for the little bump and removed it but now I have a huge red scan on the center of my nose as well. My parents told me my tip is over projected and unfortunately after seeing a video of me looking to the side I realized it too. I also have it slanting downward when I smile hard which is super unattractive. I will go in to see my doctor soon because the front view is not bad but my side view is pinocchio and my 1 year post op is next week. I just feel disappointed at this point.

So I have been really down the past few weeks because a dude told me I have a jew nose and then my friend said I have a long nose that is longer than a usual nose out of the blue. It hurts because I feel like what was a point of a nose job if people will just stay and criticize you. It makes me feel ugly and insecure as always. I put a side by side of my first nose job which was terrible and now. There is a filter but it is still pretty much my nose now.
