Great Professionalism and Realistic Expectations

I discovered Professor Robotti by chance, but it turned out to be one of the most important discoveries of my life. After three previous surgeries—two as a child to correct a congenital malformation and one in Paris for aesthetic purposes—I found myself with serious functional issues.

For two years, I suffered from recurrent sinus infections, severe dizziness, and intense headaches. Despite undergoing numerous medical tests and consultations, doctors couldn’t pinpoint the cause. But for me, it was obvious: my last surgery had not only failed but had worsened my condition.

In 2023, a doctor in Paris recommended a surgeon in Italy, telling me: "If he can’t help you, I don’t think anyone in Europe can." That’s how I found out about Professor Robotti. Being originally from Bulgaria but having lived and studied in Italy, I immediately looked him up and booked an appointment. I had to wait almost a year for my first consultation.

From the very first meeting, his team welcomed me with great professionalism and warmth, explaining in detail the entire process, the risks, and the realistic expectations of the surgery. Professor Robotti convinced me with his clarity, precision, and above all, his deep sense of humanity—something that I believe is rare in this field.

He was honest from the beginning, telling me that I shouldn’t expect miracles, but that he would do his best to give me not only a more aesthetically pleasing nose but also one that functioned properly. I had no doubts, and I underwent surgery in March 2024.

The operation lasted six hours and went perfectly, thanks to an exceptional medical team. It was a challenging journey, but I want to emphasize that plastic surgery is not a game. It is not about achieving absolute perfection—perfection, if it exists, is within us, not in Instagram filters. Anyone who expects to wake up with a brand-new, flawless nose without any obstacles is mistaken. The process is 100% manageable, but it is not magic.

For me, the most important part of this journey was the personal growth that came with it. A different nose can change your life, especially when you are in the right hands—and Professor Robotti is undoubtedly the right person.

My case was particularly complex, and nine months after my primary surgery, I needed a minor follow-up touch-up under local anesthesia. Now, almost a year after my main surgery, I can confidently say that miracles do exist—especially when we put our trust in extraordinary professionals like Professor Robotti.

Today, I breathe perfectly, better than ever before. My nose looks so natural that no one who doesn’t know me would ever suspect I had undergone surgery. And that, in my opinion, is the hardest thing to achieve in modern aesthetic surgery: true elegance and an innate sense of beauty, both of which Professor Robotti masters.

I still have a small scar from my childhood surgeries, which I am treating with laser therapy. It may never fully disappear, but I accept it as a part of myself and my journey.
