PLEASE STAY AWAY from Dr David Saadat! 2 rhinoplasty revisions and both a FAILURE. 1st my tip collapsed after 8 years. I decided to give him a second chance and pay again. 2nd procedure was a total failure from careless staff to nurses and coordinator.

No one in his office gave me any post OP care instructions nor they bothered to call me for a week to ask me how I felt or how I was doing.

And when I asked DR Sadat in my 1 week post

OP he told me " WELL YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE 10 YEARS AGO YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER". To me all this shows how unprofessional and careless the whole practice is ran, since neither him nor anyone bother to check on me, again unless I called. The Day the cast was removed from nose I realized that not only my nose looked narrower than before the 2nd procedure which resulted in less airflow through my nose and side walls collapse when inhaling. I was told by DR Sadat and his coordinator Logan to give it time to heal. So I decided to be patient not think about it too much and wait for my next follow up.

Which by the way if I didn't stay on top of it they would not even care to see me ever again.

Seems to me all his office and him cares is to take the money go thru the procedure and for you to never come back even if it is for post OP care and follow ups. After 6 months I booked an appointment for follow up which by the way AGAIN they would have never happened unless I called them.

This is when I told DR Saadat in a FRIENDLY WAY that honestly I wasn't happy with the fact that I can't breathe properly and when I sleep I have to breathe thru my mouth. Not even mentioning that I wasn't happy how it looked.

Also told him that my ear ended up flatter to my head with no support and wobbly because an excess cartilage was removed. He mentioned options to fix the breathing problem through my nose but I told him to understand that I lost my trust on him and that I wanted to go somewhere else to fix it when the time comes.

In a FRIENDLY MANNER I asked him to consider a full refund because now it's going to cost more to fix my ear and nose. "LET ME THINK ABOUT IT" he said. So I left the office hopping to hear back from Logan (coordinator) or to work something out financially with me. All I got from Logan was the run around for two full weeks texting me that me he was gonna call me and never got any phone call or response unless I texted him .Then Logan instructed me over text that he was going to email me with the resolution instead. The email mentions that NO MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED BECAUSE " ITS NOT CONSIDERED MALPRACTICE ". So my question is... NO post OP instructions NO follow up calls and check ups unless I called and on top of it leaving me with less airflow thru my nose and basically mutilated ear cartilage then what is ???PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR In my opinion DO NOT CHOOSE DR SAADAT For any procedure unless you want to go thru the same. Take care!
