I had a rhinoplasty which left me with a Polly bleak deformity, and internal valve collapse. I had this corrected with Dr Enricco Robotti in Italy. My breathing issues were solved and my nose got its volume back :)
Rib grafts and Fascia were used.
It's my duty to share my story in order to help anyone out there needing a revision and not finding enough resources online to make a decision.

Thank you for sharing. Just wondering if you were told that the tip will remain very stiff permanently? Or did it soften over time?

Yes, I feel sorry for my decision LoL- God willing I will be getting my breathing again in a few months inshAllah-- but I do need to warn people about Murat Enoz- worst nose surgeon to do revisions and also not sure about rhinoplasties in general.

Hope you get what your looking for! please be careful and think 100 times about a revision, if you can fix your problem without an open approach or even with fillers - do that

Sadly my nose is half the size of my old nose. I hate feeling the weight of regret on my chest every damn second. I made a really big mistake but I have to do one more mistake to live a bit more normal life :( I don't know what I would do if I can't get my big nose back :(

I paid almost 11,000 Euros which I had taken a loan and repayed in 2 years :(

Oh Bubba :(( it is ridiculous... But if ur nose is well at the end of the day then it is worth it :)

Am I seeing well? Did he lower your tip? The nostrils are less visible on front view now...that's exactly what I want!! Can you please pm me with what he did exactly for you and the cost of procedure please?

Yes he lowered my tip! and derotated it.
Dr Robotti used rib graft to add spreader grafts to my nose for added support and improve my breathing and fix the valve collapse. The procedure cost 11,000 Euros

This is completely unhelpful as I have NO IDEA if there are "before" photos and which ones they are.

black small earrings seem to be after; you can see bridge is added and from front it looks more full afterwards
