I was extremely nervous as I began to search for a plastic surgeon to perform a revised rhinoplasty with a chin implant. After extensive research, seriously considering the advice and recommendations of many medical professionals, I selected Dr. Ryan Mitchell DO and this is why. My excellent experience began from the moment I had my appointment with Jaleana. She was so sweet and above and beyond helpful with my scheduling. However, it was how she responded to all of my questions and concerns with a kind sweet voice that made all the difference. Then, I met Erin, the office manager and let me tell you, she runs a tight ship! Her positive attitude and insistence on exactness with the entire process was flawless with my experience. I cant say it enough how nervous I was as I waited to meet Dr. Mitchell because as I already had a rhinoplasty in the past and not pleased with the results, I knew a revision was going to be a great challenge. I had vowed never to have anything done again; However, Dr. Mitchell changed that when I met him and boy was I very fortunate! He was completely honest with me about everything, explained thoroughly how he was going to perform my surgery with absolute details so I could fully understand. I was left with not one concern and fear. He also explained the medications, recovery and the healing process to a T. He made it very easy to trust him. I do have to admit, I did ask him if he was sure he could do this and his bullet proof look on his face made me feel foolish for asking! Words cannot describe how pleased I am with his results! His perfectionism, meticulousness and yes! extreme confidence ( He is not afraid! ) are what provided me with excellent results! I am a real patient! and I will recommend Dr. Mitchell to anyone who needs a medical professional who will be completely honest with you, calm your fears and allow you to completely trust him.
