Successful Revision Rhinoplasty & Chin Implant/Augmentation

Revision rhinoplasty and chin implant was a success with Dr Olson. My nose already looks so much smaller and it's been less than twenty-four hours post operation. I really want to thank God for leading me to Dr Olson and the lovely community that is RealSelf. Originally I had my surgery scheduled with Dr Holden in Scottsdale but his most recent review was freaking me out. A few ladies shared their experience on that review including two who lead me to Dr Olson. Both of these ladies had successful primary rhinoplasties with Dr Olson so I felt like I was in good hands. God had answered my prayers. My first rhinoplasty was in Beverly Hills by Dr Deepak Dugar. He performed a closed rhinoplasty and it was the worst money I ever spent. He gave me a nose bridge but he did nothing to the tip of my nose so overall it just looked horrible and imbalanced. I chose Dugar because I wanted a conservative doctor but a closed rhinoplasty does not work for ladies with bulbous tip or wide nose. Two years later I decided to pull the trigger with Dr Olson and I could not be happier. Looking forward to seeing how my nose and chin progresses over the next days, weeks, months, and years to come.

Before and after of my old nose and new nose six months post operation. I try to see my doctor regularly for steroid shots to help with swelling. I still ice my nose twice a day for ten minutes and tape my nose at night. Pretty soon I’ll see my doctor to perform an alar base reduction.
