Bad end result - valve collapse from an overly aggressive rhinoplasty

I apologize to anyone who might have been misled by my first review…
His assistant really pressured me into writing one right after cast removal and I was worried my aftercare would be compromised.
Please, please think twice about using this doctor if you are a revision patient.
Based on his previous work- he might have been able to do revisions at one point- not sure- but now he pushes as many patients through as possible and creates devastating irreversible deformities during these surgeries.
It turns out I have nasal valve collapse from an overly aggressive rhinoplasty where he closed my open roof by just making my small nose smaller (all of the doctors I have consulted with stateside said he should have used a spreader graft) and then he shortened my nose, put a graft on one nostril and not the other (resulting in external collapse), performed an aggressive alarplasty that violated the nasal floor on my right nostril (that damage is permanent, soft tissue will not regrow) and severe nostril stenosis- all of this before the horrible, unforgiving scars.
I had no breathing issues prior to this surgery.
When I tried to follow up with the office, I was told he does not have these types of problems (not sure who operated on me if that is the case) and that the scars were my fault. Other physicians have told me this is not true- my scarring is due to poor stitching technique, removing too much tissue, and too much tension.
In my opinion it is highly unprofessional to not be available to talk to a patient if they are having issues post surgery and to try and blame the post-surgical problems on the patient- that seems very unethical.
He is a brilliant marketer and businessman — and sure, he does some beautiful noses (hopefully they can breathe). However, he also has some inexcusably disastrous, irreversible and deformed noses too. Sadly mine is the latter.

Dr Tas, Elvira, and team are true professionals! I came from the states for a revision surgery… I had quite a few deformities (open roof, my famous Beverly Hills plastic nose surgeon never fixed my deviated septum on the primary rhino), and also needed some tip work. Elvira and Dr Ta?’s nurse were there every step of the way for me… checking in every day and very quick to respond and help whenever I had questions. I bruise easily so with the fat transfer to the eye area, plus revision rhinoplasty, I have a fair bit of swelling on day 7, but straight lines and a thinner bridge. I’m excited to see my final results as I continue the healing process!
