WORTH IT
Hello! If you're interested in my first journey with a lip lift (coupled with a tip refinement) performed by Dr. Mascaro almost a year before this, please search my profile for my review. This review is for my revision lip lift only!
Dr. Mascaro has done an amazing job and you can definitely trust him to make subtle, beautiful adjustments to your face! His work is fantastic and his bedside manner is exceptionally professional.

It looks amazing!! I’ve received my quote from Dr M, I cant wait to book my surgery :)
Have people around you noticed something different and if so, could they pinpoint what exactly? I feel like I have somewhag judgemental coworkers and I’m worried about getting comments or teased about it, but definitely not gonna stop me!
Thanks a lot xx

Yay! Congrats to you my dear! Honestly, I think it’s a hard one to pinpoint. Not many people know about the lip lift unless they’re interested in having one. In the end, it’s none of their business anyway :) Whether someone notices or not you can make up a story, tell the truth, or say it’s nothing and not to bring it up again. but truthfully no one has been able to pinpoint a change or said anything to me even if they’ve noticed.

Appreciate your response, hope the recovery keeps going well for you, looking forward to future updates!

Don’t let anyone’s opinion or comments influence your decision on your lip lift. Be fierce in the pursuit of your dreams. Go get ‘em! You go girl. I’m cheering ya on.

Update for those who didn’t see original
LikewiseJanuary 19, 2019
Just catching anyone up who didn’t come here from my review of the original LL. This review is more for veterans or those who have researched lip lifts. if you are totally new to lip lifts check out my first review :)
I started at 16mm 10 months ago. I was taken down to 10.5-11mm. I had dissolved filler in my upper lip prior to surgery (it did nothing for me but push my lip out and down making it look smaller) but over the course of months since my lip lift more filler dissolved. This caused my lip to “deflate” and look quite long once more. I didn’t drop much in that time, but I looked as if I had.
Now I’m on day 4 post revision and will hopefully end up resting around 8-9mm if all goes as planned!

Looks amazing! I’m a little over a month w my LL from Dr. M. He’s so talented. I’m setting at 11 MM. I’m rather petite so I could have take more off, but I didn’t want drastic. I may decide to take a little more off in a could of years. Happy to see you love your revision.
January 19, 2019
I’m petite too! I think that’s why even 11mm seemed so long on my face- smaller facial proportions in general perhaps :) Are you enjoying your ll results? Feeling like you can smile again at a month?
January 20, 2019
Yeeey other petite girls! I’m 4’11! The lips are loooking sooo good Likewise, I’m ready to
hop on the next flight to Miami! Thank you for
keeping us updated regularly! Do you plan on getting the stitches removed by Dr M or by a doctor in your home city?
January 20, 2019
Aw yeahhhh happy to do so. Unfortunately I have to get stitches removed by a surgeon here! I should have gone with blue stitches to make it easier for them but I love not feeling like Frankenstein. Haha.

Your revision is just magnificent. I mean, truthfully, before the revision you were looking perfect. But, wow. Wow. Wow. Now, it’s off the charts! You look like Angelina Jolie. Lol.

Thank you so much! That just made my day. I cannot lie- she is definitely some of my inspiration. Her mouth is like a blossom opening up and that’s exactly what I hoped for, if that makes sense :)

Good job, it looks amazing, where can we see the first LL. Checked your profile and it's not showing, would love to see how it was originally.

It’s one of the only other two reviews I made. You can find thru my profile. It’s for a rhinoplasty and lip lift.

Also if you read captions, I do have photo on here from before any ll as well as a photo from after the 1st one.

Can you tell how your scar looked after a year? Was it noticeable for others?:)
January 19, 2019
Not really. It did get quite noticeable for maybe months...3-6? I can’t remember. The new collagen started building up and it took nothing but time and massaging to slowly break it down into a really unnoticeable scar. At the 10 month mark (when I went in for a revision) you wouldn’t see it unless I had no makeup on and you were right next to me. Just would look a little red like you had blown your nose!

Lovin’ that little sexy pout with a flirtatious curl.

January 20, 2019
You will see a slight difference once the swelling dissipates. But, girlfriend, it’s one heck of a lip-luscious lip lift!!!! Xoxo

Thanks for sharing! Do you have any photos of your results?
