Restylane - I always feel seen & extremely well cared for

I could not give higher praise to Dr Steinsapir. I went to him after an extremely unfortunate outcome at another local Oculoplastic Surgeon's office. The other doctor was surprisingly higher rated than Dr Steinsapir on Real Self and part of why I went with him in the first place. I believed the other doctor's hype and trusted his confidence. Boy, was I wrong to do so. And my attempts at communicating with him before or after tward any expectations or improvement was not even briefly entertained. Since I had done SO MUCH research on RS before going to the other doctor, I knew about Dr Steinsapir and reached out. Thank goodness. He was honest, fair and hopeful. He helped me understand what happened in my case and took an incredible amount of time discussing my options with me. Dr Steinsapir has been working with me at my comfort level with fantastic results ever since. It's difficult to get back into the self care game when someone has senselessly hurt you, but Dr Steinsapir is not just caring and considerate every step of the way...he's knowledgable, and a skilled an artist with a great eye for aesthetic details. Faith Gomberg who manages the practice and patient scheduling is truly an integral part of the care and consideration in the practice. They work together seamlessly for an experience where I always feel seen and extremely well cared for. Getting into their schedule is tough because they do so much surgery...so I always give them as much lead time as I can.
